Return Policy:

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately by phone (410-472-9253) or email (sarah@sarahveblen.com). We offer very high quality goods and check all fabric for flaws. While fabrics are generally not returnable, if your fabric is flawed or damaged, or you are shipped the wrong type or color of silk or interfacing, we will issue a full refund after we have received the returned fabric and verify the flaw/damage or mistake.

Shipping Times:

We do our very best to ship orders quickly. Notions, and interfacings typically ship within 1-2 days after an order has been received. Silk orders 4 yards and over ship within 3-4 days. Silk orders under 4 yards will be placed with my supplier once a week, every Monday at 10am Eastern Time. Typically these orders will ship to you that Wednesday. If you need a small-yardage order expedited, please contact me directly. You will be sent an email when your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees:

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail so that you receive your fabric promptly (2-3 days once shipped). As we are all aware, shipping costs have risen a great deal within the last year. For fabrics, interfacings, and shoulder pads, we have attempted to establish a fee schedule that closely reflects our actual shipping costs. One pair of shoulder pads is equivalent to a 1/2 yard of fabric.

1/2 to 2 yards -- $6.00
2-1/2 to 4 yards -- $10.00
4-1/2 to 7 yards -- $15.00
7-1/2 to 10 yards -- $18.00
Over 10 yards -- Free

Notions, swatches, and color cards have shipping built into their price. You will not be charged additional shipping for these items.

Arrangements can be made for expedited shipping, having your fabric shipped on a tube, or shipping via UPS. Please contact Sarah directly (sarah@sarahveblen.com).

International Orders:

International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class (Air Mail). Shipping times vary depending on your location. International shipping charges are NOT charged at the time you place your order. Once your order is received, we will get an exact shipping cost from the post office, add a $5 handling charge, and email you an invoice for the shipping total via Paypal. This invoice will have a link to a payment page that will allow you to pay the shipping fee via credit card or Paypal.
