Sarah works as a technical and design consultant for Purveyor, a private label women's clothing company. Working in close conjunction with owner and designer, Mark Dillingham, Sarah brings her expertise in patternwork, fit, and design to the company.

In helping to create Purveyor original designs, Sarah starts with a sketch from Mark, blocks the syle lines on the company's manequin, creates a pattern by draping on the manequin, produces the first and subsequent mock-ups, produces the first prototype, and frequently produces a first garment. These garments have been used in Purveyor runway shows, trunk shows, model shoots, and promotional material.
